If you’ve been ordered by a judge to take anger management classes, then you must take this very, very serious. You may contact the judge to specify the number of classes you need to take.
There are no rules or regulations on anger management classes or courses. This means there are no court approved Anger Management classes or programs. However, the courts give credits for those who enroll and complete anger management courses through the Anger Management Foundation. Our instructors are all certified anger management specialists and members of the National Anger Management Association, NAMA.
Yes and no. Yes, you would need court papers to enroll in your anger management program if court ordered. No, you will not need court papers to enroll if your goal is to achieve personal growth.
No, unfortunately we do not accept insurance for the Anger Management program. We only accept debit/credit cards payments online.
As soon as you enroll, a proof of enrollment for the anger management program will be sent to your email account.
To get the most of this course you will have to take the entire 13 hours of the anger management course. That will help you learn how to control and manage your temper and how to extend it. The goal of these 13 classes is to help you track the specific triggers in your own life that often set you off.
You may take as many as three classes a week for online courses.
Unfortunately, we do not offer any in-person classroom anger management classes due to the coronavirus pandemic crisis.

Yes, we can provide your attorney with any information as needed but you will need to make that request via email info@4anger.org for a form of authorization granting the Anger Management Foundation to provide specific information.
Note that this is an online course and yes you may invite your partner/friend to the classes with you at any time for as long as you indicate this person in your program in-take form. However, your s/he will not get any credit for the course.

No, you don’t have to purchase any workbook for this course. However, you may consider to buy Anger Management Essentials book by Anita Avedian for references during the course and even after you complete the course.
